FIRST CHECKS

Start with the basics.

Most support cases come from the same setup mistakes. Check these first before opening a ticket.

REQUIRED

Disable Defender

This is the base requirement for using any Robot program. Follow the video tutorial before downloading or extracting again.

  • Avoids blocked files
  • Prevents broken extraction
  • Required for all programs
NORMAL BEHAVIOR

Hash change

The program can generate a new executable name after launch. This is a safety measure, not an error.

  • New file is generated
  • Old file may be replaced
  • Run the newly generated file
COMMON ERROR

Fail Fast

Usually caused by corrupted files, incorrect execution, missing drivers, missing DirectX or system protection interference.

  • Remove and download again
  • Install required drivers
  • Restart before retrying

BASE REQUIREMENT

Disable Windows Defender first.

The old Solutions page treated this as the first step for every product. Watch the tutorial and only then extract and run the program.

If files were already removed or quarantined, delete the current folder, restart your PC and download the program again after following the tutorial.

REQUIREMENTS

Install the standard drivers before using any product.

These dependencies are required for every Robot cheat. Install them once, restart your PC, and then open the product page or launcher.

OVERLAY MISTAKE

Overlay Steps

Every ROBOT program now features the new external Discord overlay.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

  • The old overlay must be turned off
  • If you are on Windows 11 HDR needs to be turned off
  • Discord hardware acceleration must be enabled
  • Your game must be in borderless windowed mode
  • The target game needs to be registered in Discord game list

HOW TO SOLVE

  1. 1Run Discord as an administrator and ensure everything is in order.
  2. 2Enter the game and ensure the overlay has started.
  3. 3Only then should you open the program while already in the game.
  4. 4As soon as you launch the program, click on the game and keep the game window in focus until the menu opens.
  5. 5If you have any questions, follow the initial video or open a ticket on our Discord.

Hash Change
SAFETY MEASURE

Hash Change

Our system may identify execution during a specific period and automatically generate a new .exe whenever the application opens.

HOW TO SOLVE

  1. 1The previous file can be replaced by a new version that has not been executed yet.
  2. 2The message shows that the file changed name and displays the new name.
  3. 3Locate the newly generated file and run that one.

This is not a mistake. It is a safety measure for you.

Fail Fast
COMMON ERROR

Fail Fast

This error usually points to a damaged setup or a missing system requirement.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

  • Corrupted file
  • Incorrect execution
  • Missing or outdated drivers
  • Missing DirectX
  • Interference from Windows Defender or other protections

HOW TO SOLVE

  1. 1Completely remove the program from your computer.
  2. 2Restart your PC.
  3. 3Follow the driver tutorial and install all required dependencies.
  4. 4Restart your PC again.
  5. 5Download the program again and extract it to a folder on your Desktop.

If the error persists, contact us through the ticket system. In rarer situations, a system format may be necessary.

Incorrect Date
SIMPLE FIX

Incorrect Date

This happens when your Windows date and time are not synchronized.

HOW TO SOLVE

  1. 1Open Windows Date and Time settings.
  2. 2Enable Set time automatically.
  3. 3Click Synchronize now.
  4. 4After that, the problem should be resolved.
HWID or IP Doesn't Match
ACCOUNT LOCK

HWID or IP Doesn't Match

This is an HWID error. Your PC likely had a serial number change caused by spoofers, formatting or BIOS flashing.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

  • Robot systems use HWID locks.
  • Each user and subscription is designed for one PC only.
  • Subscriptions cannot be shared across machines.

HOW TO SOLVE

  1. 1You are entitled to one free HWID reset every 24 hours on your profile.
  2. 2If you already used your free reset, you can buy a reset directly from the store.

Debugger Detected
SECURITY DETECTION

Debugger Detected

The security system detected a file or program that could compromise protection.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

  • Debugging or reverse engineering tools
  • Tools such as Cheat Engine, Process Hacker, dnSpy or Fiddler
  • Anti-cheat services such as Faceit can also interfere

HOW TO SOLVE

  1. 1Restart your system.
  2. 2Extract the program to a folder on your Desktop.
  3. 3Run only the program, the game and Discord.
  4. 4Uninstall conflicting anti-cheat tools if needed.
  5. 5Remove any suspicious tools or files before trying again.

If the error persists, contact us through the ticket system. In rarer situations, a system format may be necessary. (Modified versions of Windows can exacerbate this problem.)

Kernel Steps

All programs may encounter this error due to a blockage.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

  • Something corrupted the program
  • An antivirus blocked the program's privileges
  • An anti-cheat system blocked the program's privileges

HOW TO SOLVE

  1. 1Completely remove the program and restart your PC.
  2. 2Download and extract the program again to a folder on the desktop.
  3. 3Completely disable the computer's antivirus software, including the application control tab.
  4. 4Uninstall anti-cheats such as FACEIT and restart your computer.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

  • Any modification to the original HOSTS file will cause this problem.
